At SanAura by Sania, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely, quickly, and with the best customer experience. Please read the details of our shipping process below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We ship all orders through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days (depending on your city and courier load)
3. Shipping Charges
- Rs. 300 Flat Rate all over Pakistan

Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 6,000.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide.
- Please ensure your contact number is active; courier riders will call for verification before delivering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping of Testers & Fragile Items
All perfume bottles and testers are packed with bubble wrap and protective material to ensure secure delivery.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
SanAura is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details
- Failure to receive the package after multiple courier attempts
Re-delivery charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or missing an item:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours with unboxing video & photos.
We will resolve the issue according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
